Leasing Agent – Part Time / Casual

We are looking for an Experienced Leasing Agent, or someone with at least 2 years Customer Service Experience.  Hours vary monthly from 5 to 15 hours per week; must be able to work on Saturdays.

Must have excellent interpersonnel skills, and have knowledge of computers including word and excel programs.  Applicants must be able to work on their own, with minimal supervision.  Professional attitude and appearance is essential.

Duties include:

• Answer Phones and Rental Inquiries
• Showing of Suites
• Filing
• Delivering Notices
• Accepting Rental Payments
• Taking Maintenance Request
