Maintenance Personnel – Live on Site

We are looking for a friendly, live on site Maintenance Person or Building Operator for a 150 unit, high rise located downtown Edmonton.  Applicants must be a self motivator that can work in a team and with minimal supervision.  Professional attitude and appearance is essential.  Some Evening and Weekend work may be required.

Must have working knowledge of the following:

• Basic Boiler Operation – reading heat, and changing filters
• Hot water systems
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrical
• General Maintenance

Must be familiar with all aspects of Residential Suite Maintenance such as:

• Changing / repair closet doors
• Paint touch ups
• Ordering supplies
• Changing locks
• Minor Window repair
• Minor Snow Removal when required
• Sanding / Salting when required

Criminal Record Check Required.
