Resident Manager
Position available immediately.

General Duties:
  • Maintain cleanliness of the exterior of the property, including cutting the grass, weeding the flowerbeds and daily garbage pickup.
  • Plant and maintain flowers.
  • Shovel sidewalks in the winter.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the interior of the building including vacuuming the common areas as needed, daily cleaning of the lobby and entrances, cleaning of laundry and utility rooms.
  • Minor maintenance.
  • Clean vacant apartments.
Administrative Duties:
  • Rent Collection (by cheque only), including the delivery of late rent notices, and eviction notices as prepared by head office.
  • Complete move-in and move-out condition reports.
  • Deliver renewals.
  • Co-ordinate maintenance with our in-house maintenance company, Broadway Construction.
  • Show vacant apartments.
  • Complete applications with potential tenants.
  • Tenant relations.
